My name is Miroslav Bonček and I am the Chef at Golf Hotel Morris. I humbly and enthusiastically accepted the opportunity to present you not only traditional Czech cuisine, but also the best dishes inspired by foreign cuisines. I like to combine different tastes and techniques, whether it is Czech classics or modern international recipes, so that our guests can indulge in unique gastronomic experiences.
